works just like advertised, removes the bleach from town water. Works just like my old one from a different company, but is delivered right to my mail box or to my door.

Great customer service!

I'm into my second year of using this filter as it has been great. My order of new cartridges for the year came in November and 2 of them had broken during shipping, I sent an email and a couple of pictures and was sent replacements immediately with no questions asked. It was refreshing to receive such immediate and thorough service.

Taste and minerals

Love the taste of the water filtered through this system. The minerals give my Cat and I good energy. I'm 73 my cat is 17.

Highest quality manufactured product. Have used the cooler mounted water system for years. Has made my family become "water snobs" due to the incredible condition of the filtered H2O. Any water we drink does not taste right, unless it is Santevia water.
