When I called Santevia, I received excellent customer service from the beginning till the end. I had called to inquire about the Lifetime warranty on my defective Lid and spout on my on Mina Pitcher. The gentleman who answered the call was pleasant, addressed the issue and explained the process and that as my pitcher was an older model, I would need a conversion kit. Simply send proof of Purchase and pictures of the defective parts and Conversion Kit would be sent 100% under warranty. He then would send me an email of the shipping costs ($ 9.25) and all I need do is confirm. I received the Conversion Kit via Canada Post a week later.
He made the entire process, pleasant, simple and quick. A rare thing in Customer Service these days.
So happy I didn't need to buy an entire new pitcher.
Never got to answer all the questions to start the days when the filter needs to be replaced. Got cut off on the computer answering all the questions, and don't know when my filter needs to be replaced. I liked the old one I had before the Conversion Kit and would probably buy another one.
