Display/indicator not waterproof
I purchased my Santevia water filter so excited told all my friends how great my water taste and I love my product, a week after purchasing, The indicator clock stopped working and water was floating inside of it. It is not water resistant and it’s very disappointing. It has also happened to a friend of mine that I had referred it too. Water still taste great but disappointing that I can’t tell how much time I have left with a new filter it was one of the reasons why I purchased. So I can see how many days I have left till renewal. I’ve checked online numerous of times to get the part replaced and it’s always sold out on the website. Smdh. Not what I expected for the price I paid.

Love what the classic pitcher and filter does, but the reminder went blank and I see I can’t replace the batteries...so no way of testing....pitcher looks **** with masking tape on it ...and a hole where the reminder goes...friends thinks it’s funny for a good product.
