Gravity Water System Lid

Great lid.

I did not purchase the Lid. It was provided as a replacement for the one I had which, inexplicably became discoloured. I like the system and appreciated the fact that you replaced the discoloured lid.

My issue is with delivery. The carrier, Fed Ex, never rang my bell yet somehow was able to leave he box inside the locked lobby door - where did they ring? The box was badly crushed. Despite NO protective bubble wrap or padding of any kind inside the box, surprisingly the lid was intact. The lid was bought to replace the original one that came with the water system, which had developed mold that could not - would not be cleaned off.

Amazing customer service. Amazing water!
