Frustrating that the status unit is not longer working. So try to open it up and see batteries, think oh ok just change the batteries. Nope not that easy they do not come out they appear fused to the unit. So come on line. Oh ok. They sell them $4.99 not bad, oh bit there are shipping charges. Not like you can buy a few and stock up and save them for when you need them the batteries would die by then. Bad design to not be able to replace the batteries without having to purchase a whole new unit every time. Love the main unit love the concept. This is frustrating.

I just opened my new pitcher and the digital indicator doesn’t work, grrrrrrr..... why things cannot work well from the first time?? Where is the quality here??? Rocío
