Pièce brisée

J'ai envoyé un courriel à la Compagnie Santevia afin de leur mentionner que le petit bec verseur était brisé. Il m'ont aussitôt répondu et m'ont fait parvenir sans frais une pièce neuve. A part du fait que je suis tellement contente d'avoir un système d'eau abordable et sécuritaire pour la santé car c'est pas mal douteux les autres systèmes d'eau sur le marché, le service à la clientèle est excellente. Merci beaucoup.

Amazing Customer Service

I bought a Santevia water jug with mina filters and the same day we accidently boiled the spout out of shape when it fell off the top - it wasnt clicked into place properly! I reached out to customer service about purchasing just this tiny piece and they sent it for free - and so promptly! We are so appreciative :-)
