SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat orders. The duration and frequency of your subscription is determined when you first purchase the subscription.

Your payment details will be stored securely in order to process payment at your selected subscription interval. Each charge will go through once the order is processed.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS & ACCOUNT CREATION

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes to or to cancel your order, login to your account on santevia.com or click the link in your order confirmation email. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Please note: creating a subscription order at checkout does not automatically create an account on santevia.com. To create an account please go to https://santevia.com/account/register. Once you have created an account you can login to see your subscription details. Use the same email to create an account that you used when you placed your order.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING PRICES

Subscriptions with a recurring total over $99 or bundled within an order exceeding $99 qualify for free shipping. Subscriptions of 3-Pack Filters also qualify for free shipping - please use code FREESHIP at checkout.
Subscription orders that do not exceed $99, including those that were initially bundled with other non-subscription products for a total of $99 or more, will have a $7.99 shipping charge applied to the order.

Sale period prices only apply to the first order.
